37339 पदों पर शिक्षामित्रों को शिक्षक बनने की राह हुई आसान, 40 - 45 फीसदी अंक पाने वाले शिक्षामित्रों का दावा।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को उत्तर प्रदेश में 69 हजार सहायक शिक्षकों में से 37,339 को छोड़ बाकी पदों पर भर्ती को हरी झंडी दे दी है। ने कहा कि सरकार चाहे तो बाकी पदों के लिए भर्ती प्रक्रिया जारी रख सकती है। सरकारी सूत्रों के मुताबिक इस परीक्षा में 4 लाख 10 हजार अभ्यर्थी शामिल हुए थे। उनके बीच 45,000 शिक्षामित्र थे। केवल 8,000 शिक्षक हैं जिन्हें 60 से 65 प्रतिशत अंक मिले हैं। ऐसी स्थिति में, यह मानते हुए कि शेष शिक्षामित्रों को 40 से 45 प्रतिशत अंक मिले होंगे, यह अर्थहीन है। यह संख्या करीब 12 हजार है।
इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट द्वारा कटऑफ बढ़ाने को मंजूरी के खिलाफ शिक्षामित्रों की याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यह आदेश जारी किया है। ऐसा कहा जा रहा है कि ये 37,339 परीक्षार्थी शिक्षामित्र हैं,जिन्होंने इस परीक्षा में 40 से 45 फीसदी अंक प्राप्त किए हैं। जस्टिस मोहन एम शांतनागौदार और जस्टिस विनीत शरण की पीठ ने यूपी सरकार से कहा। वह 37,339 पदों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया पर 14 जुलाई तक रोक लगाए ।वहीं , यूपी सरकार की ओर से पेश एडिशनल एडवोकेट जनरल ऐश्वर्य भाटी ने इतनी संख्या में पदों पर भर्ती न रोकने का आग्रह किया। उन्होंने पीठ से आग्रह किया कि शुक्रवार तक का वक्त दिया जाए ताकि यह आंकड़ा पेश कर सकें कि कितने शिक्षा मित्रों को 40 से 45 फीसदी मामले में विवादित सवालों को अंक मिले हैं। वहीं , इलाहाबाद लेकर याचिका पर फैसला सुरक्षित हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ पीठ ने भर्ती रखा है।
