जनपद के प्राथमिक व उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में दर्ज छात्रों को एमडीएम अनाज वितरित किया जा रहा है। कोविड-19 महामारी के चलते स्कूल लॉकडाउन हैं। इसके तहत स्कूलों में छात्रों को मिलने वाला मध्यान्ह भोजन भी बंद है। खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम 2013 के प्रावधान अनुसार स्कूल में दर्ज छात्रों को शैक्षणिक दिवसों में मिलने वाले एमडीएम की जगह एमडीएम का अनाज दिया जा रहा है। जिले के प्राथमिक व उच्च प्राथमिक स्कूल के छात्रों को खाद्यान्न वितरण शुरू कर दिया गया है।
राज्य सरकार से जारी निर्देशों के तहत प्राथमिक व उच्च प्राथमिक स्कूलों में दर्ज छात्र छात्राओं को खाद्यान्न दिया जाना है।
कोरोना महामारी के चलते और लॉकडाउन के कारण बाधित कक्षाओं को लेकर 76 दिवस का एमडीएम राशन व कनवर्जन कास्ट छात्रों को दी जा रही है। स्कूलों में की गई तालाबंदी और इस दौरान का खाद्यान्न और कन्वर्जन कास्ट की राशि बच्चों तक पहुंचाने के लिए प्रत्येक हेडमास्टर बीआरसी में डाटा फीड कराएंगे।
डाटा फीडिंग के समय शारीरिक दूरी के पालन की अनिवार्यता का पालन करना होगा। इसके लिए बीआरसी में दो पालियों में 5-5 हेड मास्टरों के पहुंचने की व्यवस्था का खाका बीईओ बनाएंगे। एमडीएम ने निर्णय लिया है। इसके लिए हेडमास्टर विद्यालय के बच्चों का डाटा विभाग के यू - डायस पर अपलोड कराएंगे। जिसमें बच्चे का पूरा विवरण, वितरण किए जाने वाले राशन की मात्रा, कन्वर्जन कास्ट के लिए माता,पिता अभिभावक का खाता संख्या दर्ज कराया जाएगा।
शासन के निर्णय को बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग ने योजना को मूर्त रूप देने के लिए तैयारी की है। बीएसए शिवेंद्र प्रताप सिंह ने बताया कि 13 ब्लाकों और मुख्यालय तथा बिंदकी नगर क्षेत्र के सभी परिषदीय विद्यालयों के हेड मास्टर ब्लाक संसाधन केंद्र में डाटा फीड कराएंगे। सभी बीईओ को निर्देशित किया गया है कि वह पहली पाली में 12 बजे तक पांच हेडमास्टर और दूसरी पॉली में 12 बजे के बाद 5 हेडमास्टरों को भेजेंगे।
ब्लाक संसाधन केंद्र के डाटा इंट्री आपरेटर की मदद से सही और शुद्ध फीडिंग हेडमास्टर अपने आगे कराएंगे फीडिंग के समय शारीरिक दूरी के पालन की अनिवार्यता की क्रमिक जांच खंड शिक्षाधिकारियों द्वारा की जाएगी।

MDM grains are being distributed to the students registered in primary and upper primary schools of the district. Schools are under lockdown due to the Kovid-19 epidemic. Distribution of food grains to the students of primary and upper primary schools of the district has been started.
According to the instructions issued by the state government, food is to be provided to the students registered in primary and upper primary schools.
Due to the Corona epidemic and due to lockdown, 76 days MDM ration and conversion cast are being given to the students for the classes disrupted. Every headmaster will provide data feed to the BRC to ensure that the lockout done in schools and the amount of food grains and conversion cast during this period is passed on to children.
The imperative of following physical distance must be followed at the time of data feeding. For this, the BEO will prepare the arrangement for the arrival of 5-5 head masters in two shifts in BRC. MDM has decided. For this, the Headmaster will upload the data of the children of the school on the U-DIES of the department. In which the complete details of the child, the amount of ration to be distributed, the account number of the mother, father and guardian will be recorded for the conversion cast.
