मानव संपदा पोर्टल पर डाटा फीड न कराने पर वेतन रोकने की चेतावनी दिए जाने से शिक्षक समुदाय भड़क गया है । जूनियर हाईस्कूल शिक्षक संघ ने डीएम को दिए ज्ञापन में कहा है कि पोर्टल पर डाटा फीडिंग की जिम्मेदारी विभाग के बाबुओं की है । बाबुओं के हिस्से का काम वह किसी हाल में नहीं करेंगे । अगर बाबुओं की लापरवाही पर पर्दा डालकर उनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई की गई तो इसे बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग के आदेश के मुताबिक 30 जून तक मानव संपदा पोर्टल पर सभी शिक्षकों की

शैक्षणिक योग्यता , तैनाती स्थल की जानकारी समेत कई बिंदुओं पर डाटा फीड किया जाना है। डाटा फीडिंग की स्थिति काफी खराब होने वजह से हाल ही में बीएसए ने शिक्षकों को चेतावनी जारी की है कि यदि 30 जून तक डाटा फीडिंग पूरी न हुई तो उनका वेतन रोक दिया जाएगा । शुक्रवार को जूनियर हाईस्कूल शिक्षक संघ ने डीएम को ज्ञापन देकर कहा कि शिक्षकों का वेतन तब रोका जाए जब उनकी गलती हो । जिलाध्यक्ष डॉ . विनोद कुमार शर्मा ने कहा कि शिक्षकों की पत्रावलियां विभाग के पास है । लिहाजा सत्यापन भी विभाग के बाबुओं को करना चाहिए । अगर कमियां है तो सुधार भी वही करें | शिक्षकों का वेतन तो तब रोका जाए जब उनकी कोई कमी हो।

Due to the deteriorating data feeding situation, recently the BSA has issued a warning to teachers that their salary will be withheld if the data feeding is not completed by June 30. On Friday, the Junior High School Teachers Association submitted a memorandum to the DM asking that the salaries of the teachers be withheld if they were at fault. District President Dr. Vinod Kumar Sharma said that the department is in communication with the teachers. Hence verification should be done by the babus of the department. If there are shortcomings, then correct the same. The salary of teachers should be stopped when there is a shortage of them.
